SparseLu

Struct SparseLu

Source
pub struct SparseLu { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A sparse LU factorization, see SparseMat::lu. It owns igraph’s symbolic and numeric decompositions and frees them on drop (igraph_sparsemat_symbolic_destroy, igraph_sparsemat_numeric_destroy).

Implementations§

Source§

impl SparseLu

Source

pub fn dim(&self) -> usize

Order of the factorized matrix.

Source

pub fn solve(&self, b: &[f64]) -> Result<Vec<f64>>

Solves A x = b with the precomputed factorization (igraph_sparsemat_luresol).

Binds igraph_sparsemat_luresol.
