ArpackMode

Enum ArpackMode

Source
pub enum ArpackMode {
    Regular,
    ShiftInvert {
        sigma: f64,
    },
}
Expand description

The kind of eigenproblem ARPACK solves (the mode field of igraph_arpack_options_t).

Variants§

§

Regular

Standard problem A x = lambda x, driven by products y = A x (mode = 1). The default.

§

ShiftInvert

Shift-and-invert mode (mode = 3): the operator is (A - sigma I)^-1, so that the eigenvalues of A closest to sigma become the largest in magnitude. With the closure-based solvers the closure must compute y = (A - sigma I)^-1 x; the returned eigenvalues are those of A. SparseMat::arpack_rssolve factorizes A - sigma I itself.

Fields

§sigma: f64

The shift.
