Expand description

Parameters of the Large Graph Layout (Graph::layout_lgl).

The Default follows the igraph documentation (n is the number of vertices): 150 iterations, maxdelta = n, area = n², coolexp = 1.5, repulserad = area · n, cellsize = area^(1/4) and a random root.

Fields§

§maxiter: usize

Maximum number of cooling iterations per layout step (default 150).

§maxdelta: Option<f64>

Maximum movement of a vertex in one iteration; None means n.

§area: Option<f64>

Area of the square the vertices are placed on; None means n².

§coolexp: f64

The cooling exponent (default 1.5).

§repulserad: Option<f64>

Radius at which repulsion cancels attraction; None means area · n.

§cellsize: Option<f64>

Side of the grid cells; None means the fourth root of area.

§root: Option<VertexId>

Root vertex, placed first; None picks a random vertex.
