}Expand description
Parameters of the GEM layout (Graph::layout_gem).
The Default follows the igraph documentation (n is the number of
vertices): 40 n² iterations, temp_max = n, temp_min = 0.1,
temp_init = sqrt(n) and a random start.
Fields§
§maxiter: Option<usize>Maximum number of iterations (a single vertex update counts as one);
None means 40 n².
temp_max: Option<f64>Maximum local temperature; None means n.
temp_min: f64Global temperature at which the algorithm stops (default 0.1).
temp_init: Option<f64>Initial local temperature; None means sqrt(n).
initial: Option<&'a Matrix>Starting positions (n × 2); None starts from a random layout.
