Drains and returns the warnings that igraph emitted on the calling thread
(as "<message> (<file>:<line>)"), oldest first.
igraph reports non-fatal problems (e.g. a numerical method that did not fully converge) through its warning handler; this crate buffers them per thread (at most 1024, the later ones are dropped) instead of printing them to standard error like igraph’s default handler does.
